What is gentle Yoga?

Gentle yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Yoga combined breathe work, meditation, and mindfulness practices help reduce stress and promote a sense of calm and well-being. My sessions are designed to bring you physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.


  • 60-minute one-on-one Coaching session in person, by phone, or video
  • 60-minute group yoga classes
