Working with Melanie as my Health Coach for the past six months has been an amazing experience. Dealing with Stage 5, Kidney Disease is an up and down journey with lots of twists and turns. Melanie totally gets it and helps keep me positive and grounded. Our Reiki sessions keep me focused and energized as if I just had a great night's sleep. Having her by my side as a Health and Happiness Coach has helped me to be grateful for the things that bring me happiness. Each day I appreciate and enjoy what I do have, as opposed to what I don't. Melanie has a beautiful heart and such a positive attitude.
I have had the undeniable pleasure of having Melanie practice Health Coaching, Fitness, Reiki, and Meditation on me for the past two years. It has not only benefited me physically but MOST importantly, mentally. She is such a positive, beautiful human being that I can't help, but take away peace and happiness from each session.
I needed to lose about 20 pounds and wanted to take a healthy approach and not do any fad diets. Working with Melanie was one of the best decisions I made. She taught me how to eat healthy while having excellent quality of life. I never even felt like I was on a diet. Melanie truly goes above and beyond she shopped for food with me, sent me easy to make recipes, and was there to guide me with support and encouragement every step of the way. When choosing a coach, you need someone you can pour your heart out to as coaching is as much mental as anything else. She has become a friend and confidant in ways that go beyond coaching. I am forever grateful to have her in my life. The best part is that I achieved my goal and continuously implement the habits I learned so that I can enjoy my new lifestyle indefinitely.
Melanie has coached a private Pilates class for a few friends and me for the past two years. Her coaching is all-encompassing, I'm getting a workout, but she also ends our Pilates session with positive affirmations for the day. I always leave her class with a sense of empowerment. When I first started working out with Mel, I was very intimidated by being in a group setting because I rarely worked out before. She always made me feel comfortable while also encouraging me to push myself just a little further. Mel made me a Pilates lover, a believer in Reiki, and Mindfulness. I now see how they all play into our overall mental and physical health.
Mel is a great inspiration to me. I love receiving all her emails and text messages with guides and tips to stay on a healthy living track. Her coaching approach to eating clean and living a healthier lifestyle is easy to maintain and enjoy.
The biggest lessons Mel has taught me:
